Healthy body long life

 https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1A3tUZjEnb/

To achieve long life, the colon must be free of shit.

To stay young, the colon must be clear of shit.

To have long life, the stomach has to be empty most of the time.

For small child to be healthy, expose him/her to cold and hunger sometimes.

Do not overeat until your stomach is too full.

For a healthy body, the head must be cool and the feet are warm. No constipation at all time,  a constipated body is a sick body.

No alcohol in the morning and no tea at night.

Drinking tea on an empty stomach often will lead to a sick body.

When your body is sweaty, do not touch water.
