血壓藥已服了二十年，血糖藥 亦服了七年，有時數字都理想血壓是130以下，但有時會升到150，下壓保持90以下，血糖有時亦會去到7點以上。
血壓和血糖不一定同時升的。
但血壓、血糖升時都會煲中西芹菜水飲，飲到第二天就會回到7點以下了，血壓亦正常。
材料：西芹一條，中國芹菜一棵，水三杯煎至一杯，連飲兩天
