脾胃虛的人常常會有腹脹,肚子有脹氣、食慾不振、大便濕濕黏黏的,很稀軟,老是覺得排不乾淨,容易頭暈、中暑,臉色比較蒼白的人大概就是因為脾氣虛,假如剛好他有體臭的話,那常常就是脾胃虛而造成的體臭。


脾胃虛可以用四君子湯、六君子湯,就是補脾氣、氣虛的這種人,用它來調理腸胃使身體裡的水氣容易暢通,結果,身體就不臭了。 六君子汤是传统中医为数不多的经典名方之一,它主要由党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、半夏、陈皮等六味中药材组成,有健脾益气、燥湿化痰的功效。通过配伍后,其药性中正,不偏不倚,犹如君子有中和之意,又符合中庸之道,所以中医界把他们称之为“六君子汤”。


六君子汤配方



参(9克) 白术(9克) 茯苓(9克) 炙甘草(6克) 陈皮(3克) 半夏(4.5克)

配方解读:
党参味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津。用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴。 [1]  懒言短气、四肢无力、食欲不佳、气虚、气津两虚、气血双亏以及血虚萎黄等症。但表证未解而中满邪实的不能用。
 该品功效与人参相似,惟药力薄弱。治一般虚证,可代替人参使用;虚脱重证,则仍用人参为宜
白术:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾化痰,宁心安神,败毒抗癌。药性平和,利湿而不伤正气。
炙甘草:益气滋阴,通阳复脉功效。
陈皮:理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
半夏:燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。

【六君子汤的功效与作用】


【功效】补气健脾,燥湿化痰。主治脾胃气虚兼有疾湿内阻的病证,见饮食减少,四肢无力,胸满腹胀,大便溏薄,或咳嗽痰多,或兼有暧气、呕吐等。

【适应证】恶性淋巴瘤证属于脾虚痰湿者,症见纳呆便溏,食后腹胀,脘腹痞闷,咳嗽痰多,舌质淡,苔白腻,脉弦细。

【现代研究】本方具有调节胃肠运动,解除胃肠平滑肌痉挛之功,对寒热因素引起的肠管运动失常有调整作用。还有抗胃黏膜损伤、调节胃肠内分泌功能、调节机体免疫功能等作用。

【进补应用】本方在四君子汤的基础上加陈皮,意在行气化滞,醒脾助运,有补而不滞的优点。
再加半夏,则增强了本方和胃降逆、燥湿化痰的作用。因此,本方既适合于脾虚气滞,“虚不受补”的人,又可用于脾胃气虚,聚湿生痰,而见咳嗽痰多,或兼有暧气、呕吐等胃气上逆者。
1.胃炎、消化性溃疡 用本方加味:党参10克,白术10克,茯苓10克,甘草5克,陈皮5克,半夏6克,延胡索10克,杭白芍10克。每日1剂,水煎服,连服20~30日。
2.慢性支气管炎 用本方加菟丝子9克,生姜6克,丹参12克,五灵脂9克。水煎服,每日1剂,连服1个月。
3.妊娠恶心呕吐 用本方加生姜9克,苏梗9克,竹茹6克。每日1剂,水煎,宜少量多次饮服。
此外,本方对慢性肾小球肾炎、乳糜尿等病证均有效。

【注意事项】忌食生冷、辛辣刺激性及油腻食物。

【六君子汤的用药禁忌】

真阴亏损者忌用。

脾胃虛的人該怎麼辦呢?可以用四君子湯、六君子湯,就是補脾氣、氣虛的這種人,用它來調理腸胃使身體裡的水氣容易暢通,結果,身體就不臭了。

平常可以吃平補溫性的食物,例如:山藥、蓮子,我建議脾胃虛的人,要避免吃寒性的食物,例如:西瓜、冰,還有奇異果、哈密瓜、生菜沙拉、火龍果這些都是比較寒涼的,脾氣虛的人吃了,反而讓脾氣變得更虛,以致於濕氣不能夠排除,這就更臭了。

火氣大者 多吃利濕食物 熱氣重:

四、少吃重口味 淡化身體的臭味

要淡化身體的臭味,要從飲食調整,會讓身體產生熱氣的食物,最好盡量不要吃,例如:煎的、炸的、烤的等等這些東西,還有辛香味重的,例如:蔥、薑、蒜、咖哩、茴香、沙茶、辣椒,這些辛辣的食物常常會堵塞你的排濕功能,因此,臭味也容易發生,盡量避免吃這些東西,身體的臭味自然就跟你說拜拜啦。
