茴香的功效与作用
功效与作用
温补脾胃、抗菌驱虫、减肥
茴香是常用的调料，是烧鱼炖肉、制作卤制食品时的必用之品，分为大茴香和小茴香，大茴香即大料，小茴香的果实是调味品，而它的茎叶部分也具有香气，常被用来作包子、饺子等食品的馅料。
它们所含的主要成分都是茴香油，有温补脾胃、抗菌驱虫、减肥等功效。
1、温补脾胃：对于脾胃虚弱，尤其是脾胃虚寒所导致的恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀，如果适当的吃茴香，能够通过其温补脾胃的作用而达到增进食欲、促进胃肠消化功能提高的作用。
2、抗菌驱虫：茴香中含有的茴香油还是一种天然抗菌成分，它能消灭人体内多种致病菌，具有预防胃炎与肠炎的功效。茴香还有着驱除肠道寄生虫的作用，对于有绦虫、蛔虫等肠道寄生虫患者，如果适当的吃茴香，能够起到驱虫的功效。
3、减肥：茴香还含有丰富的膳食纤维，其本身能量就比较低，而其中的膳食纤维又能够很好的吸水膨胀，增加饱腹感，进而能够避免摄入其他过多的食物，导致过多能量在体内蓄积的风险大大下降。因此对于超重和肥胖的人，如果适当的吃茴香，补充一定量的膳食纤维，增加饱腹感，在预防和控制肥胖方面也有着积极的功效。
4、缓解痛经：茴香能理气活血，也能止痛，平时女性出现经期腹痛时，多吃些茴香还能让疼痛症状减轻。
注意事项

肺热、胃热患者
功效作用：
1、治胃痛，腹痛。
2、大小便闭，鼓胀，气促。
3、治小便夜多及引饮不止。
4、治肾虚腰痛，转侧不能，嗜卧疲弱
5、治蛇咬久溃:小茴香捣末敷之治疗。
6、治疗嵌闭性小肠疝。服后仰卧40分钟，下肢并拢，膝关节半屈曲。一般半小时左右可见嵌顿内容自行复位，疼痛消失。若1小时左右仍不见嵌顿缓解，须立即考虑手术治疗。
7、治疗鞘膜积液和阴囊象皮肿。阴囊象皮肿患者，多数须经四个疗程始能见效；除阴囊坚硬如石无效外，一般疗效尚佳，且无不良反应。
茴香的使用禁忌：
使用茴香时除了要关注它的作用和功效之外，还要注意它的禁忌，如：
1、阴虚火旺者慎服。
2、小茴香不适宜短期大量服用，否则会有损伤视力的副作用产生。
3、小茴香热燥，如果饮食过多会出现嘴部发炎和舌头长疮等症状，甚至造成肠胃热或者胃火旺等情况出现。
4、有过敏体质的人吃小茴香的时候要慎重。因为可能会引起一定的过敏反应。
5、由于多食茴香会有损伤视力的副作用产生，不宜短期大量使用。
病情分析：小茴香性味辛、温，入肝、肾、脾、胃经。
具有温肾散寒，温中止呕、理气开胃等功效。
善治厥阴肝经之寒邪凝滞以及具有温补命门之火的功效，可以治疗肾阳不足或者是肝经寒邪凝滞引起的疝气等。
小茴香也是日常生活中一种常用的一种调味品，每当煮肉时都加少许小茴香，使汤液味道清香，能够增加食欲。由于小茴香性味辛温，一些湿热证以及阴虚火旺、内火太盛的患者都禁止服用。
