抽筋偏方(朋友經歷)
朋友自少雙腳無力,多走路即腳疼痛難當。小腿經常抽筋,多至每星期可達六七天。約八年前得中醫師介紹用白芍甘草煲水,飲後即止。幾天後再抽再飲,又可止數天。
製法如下:
白芍5片,甘草(胃寒者可用炙甘草或兩者同用)5片,清水3碗,煲滖後用小火煲一小時至餘下一碗,去渣飲用。
備註:
1生甘草能清熱解毒,潤肺止咳,炙甘草能補脾益氣,止四肢攣急疼痛
2白芍通順血脈,緩中,對心血管方面可擴張冠狀動脈。芍藥甙對狗的冠狀血管及後肢血管有擴張作用。
