Useful kidney tonic

 肾虚虧的腿膝痠痛

双脚浮肿、头晕、耳鸣、
心悸、夜尿多、尿频、阳痿、
皮肤时常莫名发痒。

杜仲 30g
淮牛膝 15g
黑豆 30g

五碗水小火煮一小时
三天一次


For symptoms:
Kidney deficiency leading to sore and weak knees, leg pain, swollen feet, dizziness, tinnitus (ear ringing), palpitations, frequent or nighttime urination, impotence, and unexplained skin itching.
